Today's Harvest & Last night's dinner ;)

Here's what we pulled from the garden today...  It was a HOT harvest.  Literally, as in 100 degrees.

Rutgers sure makes a pretty globe tomato!

 

 

 

Last night we had tacos with FRESH tomatoes, peppers, and my fire roasted salsa! 

Life is GOOD ;-)
