What I love about watching gardening videos on the days I can barely walk is how excited other gardeners get about tomato blossoms or any blossoms for that matter. It's nice to know I am not the only person who gets excited at the sight of a flower. One silly question...what's a ground cherry?
Here's a great video on them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Zft5mbWUlU They develop a small fruit in a paper lantern husk. Sometimes the paper lanterns will turn beautiful colors and then drop. Once they're ripe, about a week later, they can be eaten.
